About My Self

In 2006, I started to study architectural design for my interest. Then a years later, I found out that I don’t wanna be an architect. I love design, but feels like I am more a designerd  than a designer. When designing, I won’t be able to create something great,I just like to make something simply nice and contextual.

In 2007, I lived my life like a robot.

In 2008, I falling in love with a camera. That was the begining of my visual experiences trough a lense challenged. I love photography not just because its aesthetic aspect, but it’s also a language for me. I learn it by experiences, and (hopefully) improved day by day.

In 2009, I went to UK for personal reason and 5 days right after I finally back to Indonesia, I visited Sumba Island, NTT. Both are contradictively amazing journeys that let me drown into a deeper cultural understanding. It was my very first journey that changed my point of view of travelling. Since then, I always want to travel even more and more , not just for a destination, but for a journey.

In 2010, I postponed my study then flew to Shanghai. I challenged my self to experiencing another life I live, and learn how to stand by my own. I was alone, and lost in translation. But hey, I survived. This year is such an important year for me.

In 2011, I graduated. So what? Hmmm I don’t know. Just let me enjoy this year a little bit, let me traveling here and there, doing this and that, exploring whatever I want to and never been to, learn as much as I can learn. While trying to understand my self and what am I going to do in the next few years.

I do freelance jobs to make a living.

Wish me luck.

Luck is not to be wished. it is already embedded in you. You only need to be aware that luck is all you are.
